I agree completely, Korabane. In fact, just edited my post to kinda say that too, in a less positive tone, hahaha! WoW. He took it back with authority! You Go Von Schwartz.

Gotta hand it to him...when Sir von Schwarz wants something, Sir von Schwarz gets it! LOL!
He did not F around.
And for the recod, that was seriously not a deliberate snipe attempt. If it were, I'd have done it one minute before guild reset, haha!

Rewards should really scale with contribution and not rank

Those purples for crystals are the full equitable item. Holy smokes, Batman...THEY ARE!!! Well then, I take back everything I said earlier. Those purples in shipments are now the best deal ever!!! I'm refreshing and gobbling up as many as I can to see all toons with purple border around them.

Worban: only 30 mins before the guild reset is my own day reset. Thats all. :-) Btw I just simmed Anakin from the last node in cantina and using my cantina refreshes. Just a little bit more until lvl79, and I would like to reach it before the raid.

Oh, so its a race to 79/80 now then, huh? You're on! Challenge accepted! Hehe And in the spirit of good sportsmanship, I will even disclose exactly where I stand...will be 79 in 17 hours. Think you can do it? Of course you can! You are Sir von Schwarz! Nothing gets between you and your goals!

And I see you already got level 79 within minutes of my post, Schwarz. Well done, man! Grats!
I tip my hat to you!

Thanks Worban!
Now i have a strategic question: I have only 1 piece of mk6 nubian tech gear. I can use this for Yoda or for Rey. For both of them this is the last gear required to gear lvl 10. Which one is the better candidate (my first goal is raid, and I think Yoda will serve better... Or not? :-) ) ?
Any comment will be appreciated!

Yes, I think you are spot on correct, going with Yoda, if your choice is primarily determined by raid viability. Without a question, Yoda will serve an invaluable role protecting your team from what could be very dangerous debuffs.

And back on subject...T6 or T7, after we do our first T6. I don't think T6 difficulty will be any indication of the difficulty of T7. T7 is going to be exponentially harder, like maybe 10 times more difficult (given the time limit/no refresh). T6 might even prove to be difficult enough for us, if it takes two days to clear it.
T7 was designed to be TRUE end-game. And by end-game, I mean at least months from now. I'd be surprised if even the mightiest guilds can do it for the first week or two.
Why do I think this? Because reading the patch notes on the differences between T6 and T7, I think T7 is designed for a guild where all members have at least 30 Tier IX charcaters and 30 Tier VIII characters. Look, there is no limit to what you can throw at the rancor, in terms of resets. It is designed to throw your entire collection at him, and ONLY once! If the best we can do is muster up a single team of Tier IXs, then throw a bunch of useless, underdeveloped crap at him, we will fail, miserably.
I could be wrong, but I think even the Guilds that are currently stronger than us are in for a very big surprise, when they give it a shot. If any guild is able to complete it on their first try, then I will eat my hat.
Of course we will find out soon enough, when videos and posts of the experience start popping up. But I'm now more concerned than ever that we are actually prepared to finish T7. And I think, if we don't kill him, there is no reward, for anyone...could be wrong there.
It's like the pitch for raid update said when they announced raids are coming. It wrote, "Is your collection ready for the challenge?" It didn't say your arena team or favorite GW team. It said your collection. We will have to have pretty strong collections to beat T7. Sure, many of us have some decent arena teams and can manage to hold rank, reap in some nice rewards for that. But looking at many of the collections in this guild, that's about all they have. There are too many of us that have collections with 50% untouched characters.

Also, you can only use 7* toons, right? So how many have multiple 7* teams they could throw out there? Not everyone. That will hold us back too I bet.

I am 99% sure T7 is out of our league now, and will be for months. Even if everyone had my collection, I'd still be worried. Because I don't think I have enough Tier IXs to do the job.

If anyone has any optimism that we can beat T7 now, do this to put it in perspective:
Open your collection, look at each of your characters, one by one, and objectively ask yourself, "Is this character ready to fight the toughest motherfkr in the game?" If you can say yes to 60% of your collection, with confidence, then you are probably ready for T7. Now, how many of us can say that? Because it pretty much has to be all of us.
You know what? I can't even say that now.

Team Instinct will be racing to be the first group to take down the Rancor. I assume it will be taped.
So I think since we have to do six first anyway to unlock 7 we will be able to gauge the difficulty of tier 7 before deciding whether to do 6 or 7.
