Hey,
I know we all want to beat the T7 raid from the beginning on, but with the new patch notes I highly doubt it is possible for us at the moment. Each member has 5 tries to hurt Rancor a day. So 10 tries within the 48h period. And since there are no character refreshes (health, ability CD) in T7 raids we need large rosters, very large ones possibly.
Unfortunatly this hasn't been a major criterion for recruiting new members, because we all thought it might be sufficient to have very strong Arena team (+ some substitutes). But now we might need 20+ maxed chars to even have a chance.
My idea is, to better start with the T6 raid now in the first week, which we will beat for sure, we might have the chance to finfish it once a day, don't know how long it will take eventually. And then wait for the first reports of team instict.

We can't even do T7 until we've done T6

Yap, have seen it now too. Guess we will start the raid once we have unlocked T6, right?

The good news is we only have 36 members accepted so far and we're about to unlock T6 already thanks to so many properly stockpiling cantina energy.

So it seems like, and I'm still half asleep, that we should do all the levels, even the early ones, in order to get as much credits and prizes as possible. And since you can only have one raid open at a time (I think) we should blow through the easy ones quickly and then move on to the day one one IMO.

But is it possible to do more than one raid a day? If not we shouldn't do the lower Tiers of course.

Are you positive that's how it works? It seems the "possible rewards" match what #1 would get - I'm not even sure everyone gets it at T7.

Another important thing, that in Heroic tier, there are unlimited trying, only time and character are limited. Check the in-game parameters for different tiers!

I dislike the fact that they made it an intra guild competition, so we basically compete with each other...

Not really. If every of us spendig the exact # of energy (or doing the same # of gw match), every of us will be 1st in a very long tied list. :-) Pgiii let us know about that on ingame chat. I think Worban and/or Cension has to declare this in an official way. :-)
I am sorry for the today c-energy, but i tought it would be nice for us...

The more I'm reading, the more it appears rewards are based on rancor event damage instead of daily contributions of energy (making it impossible or near impossible to tie)

Everything is tiered. The most painful part I thought would be the eventual raid rewards. Those should have been at least similar for the whole guild rather than tiered. And furthermore, damage is probably not the best estimate for 'who contributed more'.
